
The University of Customs and Finance (UCF) is a public higher education institution based in Dnipro, Ukraine, specializing in education, research and professional training in the fields of customs administration, finance, economics, law, international relations, management and public governance. The university was established in 2015 through the merger of the Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine and the Dnipropetrovsk State Finance Academy, bringing together strong academic traditions and expertise in public administration and economic sciences.
UCF provides bachelor, master and doctoral programmes across a wide range of disciplines connected to finance, taxation, customs systems, international trade, legal studies, cybersecurity, public administration and business management. The institution combines academic education with practical and professional approaches, aiming to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of responding to the evolving demands of national and international labour markets.
The university is strongly engaged in scientific research, innovation and international cooperation. It participates in academic exchanges, international partnerships, research collaborations and mobility programmes with institutions and organizations from different countries.
